Mr. Venu Madhav Chennupati, [Director/Investor]
Mr.Venu Madhav Chennupati holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and a dual MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Telecom and Networks Management and Operations Research. He has 14 years of experience having previously worked at NASDAQ on Business Analytics, on project monitoring, financing and resource management for the World Bank in the Latin and Caribbean Region and Europe and Central Asia and then headed Business Development and technology for Piramal Swastya, the world’s largest non-emergency healthcare helpline that runs mobile health camps across several Indian states.
Mrs. Lasya Yerramneni, [Director Operations]
Mrs. Lasya Yerramneni has nearly a decade of leadership experience in IT Solutions, ERP and Project Management. She brings with her expertise in integrating systems, information and processes to meet the business demands of organisations. Lasya ensures client delivery and provides operational oversight for day-to-day activities. She has a Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Texas at Austin and has worked with Fortune 500 companies IBM, Philip Morris and Disney.
Mr. Vamsi Chennupati, [Director – Business Development]
Mr. Vamsi Chennupati, manages the new clients and delivery at Penn Infotech. He is also responsible for business development at the Hyderabad Delivery Center. He holds a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering from NYU Poly and has worked earlier with Broadcom and Zolt Information Technologies.

Dr.Balaji Utla,
Dr. Utla holds a Doctorate in Management. He has 32 years of experience spanning learning, organizational strategy and development, and corporate social responsibility. He is on the board of EPTRI and Drivers’ Guild Foundation, the Chairperson of the CII Healthcare Panel in Andhra Pradesh, a member of FICCI Healthcare Panel, and on the advisory boards of several other organizations. Prior to joining Piramal Swasthya and Piramal Healthcare Ltd., Dr. Utla was CEO of Satyam Foundation, initiated by Satyam Computer Services (now Mahindra Satyam). Under Dr. Utla’s leadership, Satyam received the Corporate Citizen Award from FICCI in 2006 and the TERI Award in 2007. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer Piramal Swasthya (formerly HMRI) and president (Corporate Sustainability) at Piramal Healthcare Ltd.
Dr.Mastan Rao Govada,
Dr. Govada holds an MBBS and a Diploma in Dermatology. With extensive experience of 44 years in the field of health services, including running public health projects, Dr. Mastan Rao Govada has served as the Director of Health, Andhra Pradesh, Additional Director of Health (Planning), Additional Director of Medical and Health Services (Family Welfare), Joint Director of the India Population Project – VIII (Family Welfare Urban Slums Project), and Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad.
Dr.A.P. Ranga Rao,
Dr.Rao is a former Additional Director of Health and was Officer on Special Duty to the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh with around 40 years of experience in healthcare. After having graduated in medicine in 1964 from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad. Dr. Rao worked in UK for 5 years and returned to India and joined Govt Health services. Worked in various capacities with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and after his retirement he has been associated with prestigious institutions like the World Bank, Naandi Foundation, Satyam Foundation and Piramal Swasthya (formerly HMRI) as consultant for various studies and projects. He has also authored several training modules and booklets.
Mr. Sashi Kumar Maranganty,
With an academic background in applied economics, Mr. Maraganty has worked as a consultant on several projects, including studies for the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, UNICEF, The World Bank, and the Commissioner, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Most recently, he lent his expertise to Yugantar, a Hyderabad based not-for-profit. Sashi also has several publications on Environment & Urbanization to his name, including one on poverty reduction and urban governance. Sashi Kumar is on the advisory boards of several NGOs. He was also involved in the Bhoobharati program - one of the most radical pilots of modernizing land records in Andhra Pradesh. He brings in a rareconfidence of leveraging technology, concern for people and counter-intuitive thinking.
Mr. Bhandaru Ramachandra Rao,
Mr. Rao retired as the Chief General Manager of State Bank of India and has earlier held very senior positions in banks in various places in India and abroad. Mr. Rao was in New York for 5 years as headof the bank’s operations in America, and was also Chairman of the Recruitment Board. Mr. Rao holds a post graduate in Public Administration.
